Pellet Size Measuring and Control System

This system measures and controls  the dimensions of the pellets, their dimensional distribution and deviation from spherical shape using machine vision, image processing and artificial intelligence.

Using the acquired data and a predefined fuzzy logic algorithm, pellet machine control parameters are  determined and implemented. Pellet size control system increases productivity and pellet quality of pellet producing plant.

The system features are:

 – Measuring pellet dimensions of individual disc output

 – Controlling the speed and input load of each disk using fuzzy control
